A Deconstructed Story of "Sikalak ug Sikabay"

The story we have developed is inspired by Federico Caballero's epic chanting. As stated in the story, the two main characters would reunite through hearing the chant from a certain stage play. It partakes  in completing the story.

Based on the tone of our story, we would need to give it a more contemporary touch rather than the traditional form it was before. With that, the audience/readers will be able to relate easier to the main characters as the happenings in the story are not that far from reality.
